RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PAQUIBATO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN PAQUIBATO DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Paquibato Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Paquibato District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 145, Pls-626, situated in Paquibato District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 144; on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 142; on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 141; on the NW, along line 2-3 by Lot 146 all of Pls-626. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being N. 77 deg. 08W., 6,339.27 m., from MBM No. 16, Cad. 276.

thence N. 76 deg. 34W., 209.44 m. to point 2;

thence N. 31 deg. 27E., 293.50 m. to point 3;

thence S. 39 deg. 21E., 158.87 m. to point 4;

thence S. 15 deg. 54W., 183.19 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of FORTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (41,184) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PLS. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing true, date of original survey April 18, 1958 by Filemon Flores, Public Land Surveyor and was approved on December 26, 1974.ℒαwρhi৷
