AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 924, DATED JUNE 19, 1992, WHICH DECLARED AS RESERVATION FOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS DESCRIBED ON ITS ATTACHED FMB MAP SITUATED AT GENERAL SANTOS CITY, PHILIPPINES
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 924, date June 19, 1992, by declaring a parcel of land of the public domain under Cotabato Project No. 47-C, Block A, Timber Land LC Map N. 1756, as a final site for the NEW GENERAL SANTOS CITY AIRPORT to conform with its final design, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

beginning containing an area of FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (5,994,577) square meters.
There is hereby excluded from the operation of this proclamation a strip of 20 meters in width from the highest bank of each side of any streams from stream bank protection.
The utilization of forest trees within the area so proclaimed shall remain under the power and authority of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in accordance with existing Forestry rules and regulations.ℒαwρhi৷
The area shall automatically revert to its former status as timber land in the event that the same is no longer needed for airport services.
