DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAMBULIG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the Secretary of National Defense as Chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council recommends that the Municipality of Tambulig, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, be declared under a state of calamity relative to the Tungawan Massacre;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the existence of a state of calamity in the Municipality of Tambulig, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
