DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 23, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, July 23, 1993, marks the 33rd Charter Anniversary of Gingoog City;

WHEREAS, the residents of Gingoog City desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, July 23, 1993, as a special day in Gingoog City.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
