[ Proclamation No. 206, July 21, 1993 ]

AUTHORIZING THE UNITED WAY PHILIPPINES, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 885, dated April 1, 1992, extended the authority of the United Way Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign up to March 31, 1993; and

WHEREAS, the United Way Philippines, Inc., needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable objectives.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the United Way Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.ℒαwρhi৷
