DECLARING 1 JULY 1993 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE

WHEREAS, Thursday, 1 July 1993, marks the 33rd Charter Anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte; and

WHEREAS, the residents in Southern Leyte should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 July 1993, as a special day in the Province of Southern Leyte.ℒαwρhi৷
