DECLARING JUNE 19, 1993 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO TO COMMEMORATE SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DR. JOSE P. RIZAL

WHEREAS, June 19, 1993 marks the 132nd birthday of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, our national hero; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents of Laguna, his birthplace, should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare June 19, 1993 a Special Day in the Province of Laguna and in the City of San Pablo.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of June, n the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Three.
