DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 5, 1993, marks the 43rd Charter Day of Cagayan de Oro City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cagayan de Oro City should be given full opportunity to commemorate this historic occasion with fitting activities.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 15, 1993, as a Special Day in Cagayan de Oro City.
