[ Proclamation No. 170, May 3, 1993 ]

AUTHORIZING THE WORLD FAMILY INSTITUTE, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM MAY 3 TO DECEMBER 31, 1993

WHEREAS, the World Family Institute, Inc. (WFII), a non-stock, non-profit organization, aims to promote the Filipino Family as a self-reliant participant in nation building;

WHEREAS, one of the main projects of WFII is the Search for the Model Filipino Family, through the Angkan Awards, which is conducted every three years; and

WHEREAS, WFII needs the support of the public to realize its laudable objectives.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the World Family Institute Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign from May 3 to December 31, 1993.

Tax exemptions and deductibility benefits shall be in accordance with the provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.ℒαwρhi৷
