DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 1993, AS “MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA DAY” IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, Saturday, April 3, 1993, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Balangiga, Eastern Samar;

WHEREAS, the people of Eastern Samar should be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 3, 1993, as “Municipality of Balangiga Day” in the Province of Eastern Samar. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.ℒαwρhi৷
