DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, the Secretary of National Defense as Chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council recommends that the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, be declared under a state of calamity in view of the conflagration that hit the town last Monday, March 1, 1993;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the existence of a state of calamity in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
