DECLARING MARCH 25 AND 26, 1993 AS SPECIAL DAYS IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the votes for six (6) municipalities of Maguindanao Province will be counted and canvassed at the Sheriff Kabunsalan Center/Regional Government Center in Cotabato City;

WHEREAS, a Special Day in Cotabato City is appropriate to ensure unhampered attention and security in the counting and canvassing of votes;

WHEREAS, the Regional Government Center where the canvassing will be held is occupied by several government offices and there is a need to prevent the disruption of the canvassing of votes;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare March 25 and 26, 1993 as Special Days in the City of Cotabato.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
