DECLARING THE THIRD WEEK OF APRIL OF EVERY YEAR AS SECRETARIES WEEK

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries is recognized for its vital role in promoting professionalism in the private sector;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries celebrates Secretaries Week Every month of April coinciding with the observance of its foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries should be given the opportunity to commemorate its annual anniversary with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the Third Week of April of Every Year as Secretaries Week.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
