EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 518, DATED JANUARY 31, 1990, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, SITUATED IN BARANGAY WEST REMBO, MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, METRO MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MAKATI COLLEGE
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 518, dated January 31, 1990, certain portions of the land embraced therein situated in Barangay West Rembo, Municipality of Makati, Metro Manila, and reserve the same for school site purposes of the Makati College under the administration of the Municipality of Makati, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portions are more particularly described as follows:
