RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU, ISLAND OF JOLO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for hospital site purposes of the Sulu Sanitarium, under the administration of the Secretary of the Department of Health and subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of San Raymundo, Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, Island of Jolo, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND as shown on Plan NR-233 situated in the Barrio of San Raymundo, Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, Island of Jolo. Bounded on the Northwest along line 1-2 by Creek; on the Southeast along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 120, Jolo Townsite (Heirs of Sheik Mustafa); on the Southwest along line 4-5 by existing road; and on the Northwest along lines 5-6-1 by proposed road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on Plan NR-233 being S. 87-01 E., 43.38 m. from MON. #36 Jolo Townsite.ℒαwρhi৷

This plan was surveyed in accordance with law and existing rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by Supervising Surveyor-I Fredinel A. Martinez on April 4, 1968 and approved on October 28, 1976.
