AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION, INC., TO CONDUCT A FUND RAISING CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., has for the last 43 years been deeply involved in the preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of mental illness;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., needs the support of all civic spirited citizens to enable the organization to carry on with its laudable projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., to conduct a Fund Raising Campaign to finance its livelihood projects for the rehabilitation of its mentally-ill patients, for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
