RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE AYANGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PONGHAL, MUNICIPALITY OF LAGAWE, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, excluding from the unclassified forest zone and reserve for school site purposes of the Ayangan National High School, under the Administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Ponghai, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land under Sgs-CAR-006 situated in the Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, bounded all around by Timberland (Lot 3904, Cad-996-D, Case 16), Lagawe Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Sgs-CAR-006, being S. 83 deg. 07E., 7,292.66 meters from BLLM No. 1 Lagawe Cadastre, Ifugao. Thence . . .

All points are marked on the ground as follows: Points 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. and Point 2 by “X” on Arosip Tree 25 cms. diameter. Bearings Grid. The lot was surveyed in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Cesar D. Reyes, Geodetic Engineer, on November 22, 1990 and approved on September 12, 1991.
