RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE KAPATAGAN NATIONAL SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPATAGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the KAPATAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 1803-A, Csd-12-002464) situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao de Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Road; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1803-B, Csd-12-002464; on the NE and SE., along lines 3-4-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 1803-A, Csd-12-002464 being 3648 43" E. 441.33 m. from BLIM No. 12-cor. 1 Kapatagan Public Land Subdivision, Pls-35. Thence. . . . .

thence N. 56 deg. 10" E.,	276.47 m. to point 3;
thence S. 32 deg. 17" E.,	112.00 m. to point 4;
thence S. 19 deg. 40" W.,	355.01 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of SIXTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE (60,323) SQUARE METERS. All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearings grid; date of original survey December 22, 1933 to December 28, 1940 and that of the subdivision by Norberto M. Carreon, Geodetic Engineer on October 22, 1981 and approved on September 24, 1982.ℒαwρhi৷

This lot is equivalent to Lot 5405, a portion of Lot 1083 Kapatagan Public Land Subdivision, Pls-35.
