DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF TANGUB

WHEREAS, Friday, February 28, 1992, marks the Charter Anniversary of Tangub City;

WHEREAS, the people of Tangub City should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, February 28, 1992, as a special day in the City of Tangub.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
