DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1992, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Monday September 7, 1992, marks the 52nd Charter Anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 7, 1992, as a special day in the City of Cavite.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
