DECLARING NOVEMBER 11, 1990 AS “PROVINCE OF SAMAR DAY”

WHEREAS, November 11, 1990 marks the foundation anniversary of the Province of Samar;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Samar desire to celebrate the foundation day of their province with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Sunday, November 11, 1990 as “PROVINCE OF SAMAR DAY”, a special day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
