DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 1990, AS “LUCENA CITY DAY” IN LUCENA CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, August 20, 1990, marks the 29th Foundation Anniversary of Lucena City;

WHEREAS, the people of Lucena City desire to celebrate the foundation day of their city with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, August 20, 1990, as “Lucena City Day” in Lucena City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
