DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF TARLAC AND NUEVA VIZCAYA

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the existence of a state of public calamity in the provinces of Tarlac and Nueva Vizcaya which, according to latest reports from the National Disaster Coordinating Council, have also been heavily damaged by the recent strong earthquake.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.ℒαwρhi৷
