DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 19, 1990, marks the Silver Charter Anniversary of the Province of Northern Samar;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Northern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 19, 1990, as a special day in the Province of Northern Samar.
