DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 4, 1990, AS “PHILIPPINE RETIREMENT PARKS SYSTEM DAY”

WHEREAS, the Philippine Retirement Parks System (System) will commemorate its Fifth Anniversary on July 4, 1990 under the theme “Accelerating The Development And Promotion of the Philippines As A Retirement Haven”;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting that the System be given the fullest opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate programs and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 4, 1990 as “Philippine Retirement Parks System”.

I call upon all departments, agencies, offices and instrumentalities, including government-owned and/or controlled corporations to lend support and assistance to the System in their endeavor of accelerating the development and promotion of the country as a retirement haven.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
