RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BONGABONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BONGABONG, MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Bongabong Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Bongabong, Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 1104-A, Csd-1746-D, identical to
Lot 2091, Cad. 277, Pantukan Cadastre
(Bongabong Elementary School)

A parcel of land, Lot 1104-A, Csd-1746-D, identical to Lot 2091, Cad. 277, Pantukan Cadastre, situated in Barangay Bongabong, Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North along line 3-4 by Lot 1104-C, Csd-1746-D; on the South along line 1-2 by Lot 1104-C, Csd-1746-D; on the East along line 1-4 by Provincial Road; on the West along line 2-3 by Lot 1104-C, Csd-1746-D. Beginning from a point marked “1” on plan being S. 27 deg. 44" E., 478.17 m. from BLLM No. 19, Cad. 277.

Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true; date of original survey April 1935-March 1937, that of the subdivision survey November 15, 1956 to December 10, 1956 by Deputy Public Land Surveyor Medardo A.
