RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN LAHUG, CEBU CITY

WHEREAS, the Province of Cebu, in its noble desire to accommodate the various requests of the different agencies of the National Government for lots to be used in the construction of their office buildings, donated to the National Government two (2) lots situated in Lahug, Cebu City;

WHEREAS, in order to ensure that the donated lots shall be utilized for the purpose for which said lots were donated, there is a need for the issuance of a proclamation declaring said parcels of land reserved for a National Government Center;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reserve for National Government Center site purposes two (2) parcels of land of the private domain situated in Lahug, Cebu City, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

(1) A parcel of land (Lot 1033, G.L.R.O. Record No. 5988), with all the improvements thereon, situated in City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the E. by Lahug River and Lots 926, 925, 927 and 911, Banilad Estate; on the S. by Lot 1028, Banilad Estate; on the W. by Lots 1028 and 1059, Banilad Estate; and on the NW. by Lots 1059 and 1062, Banilad Estate. Containing an area of NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (97,525) SQUARE METERS, more or less; and

(2) A parcel of land (Lot 1062-B, Psd) being a portion of Lot 1062, Banilad Estate, situated in the Barrio of Lahug, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the S.E., along lines 1-2 and 2-3 by Lot 1033, Banilad Estate; on the S.W., along line 3-4 by Lot 1059, Banilad Estate; and on the N.W., along line 4-1 by Lot 1062-B, of the subdivision plan.ℒαwρhi৷ Containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY (4,870) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
