DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MANSABAY, MUNICIPALITY OF LOPEZ JAENA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 7095, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare as civil reservation for school site purposes of the Mindanao State University Puntod Community High School, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay Mansabay, Municipality of Lopez Jaena, Province of Misamis Occidental as shown and described in FMB Map CR-383, which is more particularly described as follows:

the point of beginning, containing an area covered TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND (218,000) square meters, more or less.
1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Department of Education and Culture. For this purpose, a five year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the Principal of Puntod Community High School within one year from approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Forest Management Bureau copies thereof incorporating therein provisions that they shall open areas for people to plant and consequently, these people will have the right to harvest for fuelwood.
2. If any part of the area is determined as a source of water, the same shall be preserved.1aшphi1
3. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to the Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.
4. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area regains its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.
