DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 1989, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CALOOCAN CITY

WHEREAS, a plebiscite will be held in Caloocan City on Friday, March 10, 1989, pursuant to Section 5 of Republic Act No. 6714, merging, dividing, and/or reviving the different barangays in Caloocan City and for other purposes; and

WHEREAS, Friday, March 10, 1989, should be declared a special day to give the people of Caloocan City fullest opportunity to participate in the said plebiscite;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, March 10, 1989, as special day in Caloocan City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
