DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1988, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY.

WHEREAS, Friday, December 2, 1988, marks the 41st Foundation Anniversary of the City of Pasay; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the city so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation, and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority in me vested by Section 2 of Executive Order No. 203, dated June 30, 1987, do hereby declare Friday, December 2, 1988, as a special day in the City of Pasay.1aшphi1
