MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 338-A, October 26, 1988 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 338 DATED OCTOBER 26, 1988 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE COUNTRY. Proclamation No. 338 dated October 26, 1988, is hereby amended to include Region I which also suffered damages to crops, livestock and property caused by typhoon “Unsang”, as one of the areas where a state of public calamity exists.
