EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE TULUNGAN SA TUBIGAN FOUNDATION, INC., UP TO OCTOBER 12, 1989.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 169 series of 1987, Tulungan sa Tubigan Foundation, Inc. was authorized to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign during the period from October 12, 1987 to October 12, 1988;

WHEREAS, Tulungan sa Tubigan Foundation, Inc. needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goals;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund campaign period of the Tulungan sa Tubigan Foundation, Inc. up to October 12, 1989.1aшphi1
