[ Proclamation No. 323, September 12, 1988 ]

FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DISABLED, INC.

WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 139, dated August 11, 1987, to extend its educational and fund campaign up to June 30, 1988; and

WHEREAS, the RPFD needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., an extension of its national fund campaign up to June 30, 1989.

Contributions or gifts actually paid or made within the taxable year to the Foundation shall be governed by the provisions of Section 30, par. (h), of the National Internal Revenue Code as amended by Executive Order No. 37, dated July 31, 1986, and renumbered as Section 29, under Executive Order No. 273, dated July 25, 1987.1aшphi1
