DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1988, AS “CAVITE CITY DAY”.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 7, 1988, marks the 48th Charter Day of Cavite City; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 7, 1988 as “Cavite City Day”, a regular working and school day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
