DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 1, 1988, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN.

WHEREAS, Friday, July 1, 1988, marks the foundation anniversary of the City of Tagbilaran; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tagbilaran desire to commemorate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, July 1, 1988, as a special holiday in the City of Tagbilaran.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
