DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 12, 1988, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN ROXAS CITY.

WHEREAS, Thursday, May 12, 1988 marks the 37th anniversary of the Charter of Roxas City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Roxas City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, May 12, 1988, as a special holiday in Roxas City.1aшphi1
