AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1253, DATED APRIL 4, 1974, BY TRANSFERRING THE CELEBRATION OF SECRETARIES WEEK TO THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 17 TO 23, 1988

WHEREAS, the second week of May of every year has been designated as Secretaries Week under Proclamation No. 1253, dated April 4, 1974;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries (PAS) will celebrate its 30th (Pearl) Anniversary on April 17 to 23, 1988; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer the celebration of Secretaries Week from the second week of May to the period from April 17 to 23, 1988, to coincide with the PAS 30th (Pearl) Foundation Anniversary.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from April 17 to 23, 1988, instead of the second week of May of every year as Secretaries Week.1aшphi1
