[ Proclamation No. 239, April 5, 1988 ]

SUSPENDING THE EFFECTIVITY OF PROCLAMATION NO. 202, DATED DECEMBER 21, 1987, EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 15, DATED APRIL 27, 1922, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BUSOL FOREST RESERVATION, A CERTAIN PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OR PORTIONS THEREOF SITUATED IN PACDAL, BAGUIO CITY.

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby suspend the effectivity of Proclamation No. 202, dated December 21, 1987, excluding from the operation of Proclamation No. 15, dated April 27, 1922, which established the Busol Forest Reservation, a certain parcel or parcels of land embraced therein or portions thereof situated in Pacdal, Baguio City.

This Proclamation shall take effect immediately and until further orders from this Office.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
