[ Proclamation No. 218, February 12, 1988 ]

EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE TAHANAN OUTREACH PROJECTS AND SERVICES, INC., (TOPS) UP TO FEBRUARY 20, 1989.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 67, series of 1987, TOPS was authorized to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign during the period from February 20, 1987 to February 20, 1988; and

WHEREAS, TOPS needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goals;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund campaign period of the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc., up to February 20, 1989.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
