DECLARING JANUARY 15, 1988 AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CEBU.
WHEREAS, January 15, 1988 marks the Fiesta Señor Sto. Nino in Cebu City.
WHEREAS, the residents of Cebu City should be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare January 15, 1988 as a non-working special day in the City of Cebu.
IN WITNESS, WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
