DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 18, 1987, A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, April 18, 1987, falls on a Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, both non-working holidays.

WHEREAS, the said day April 18, 1987, may be declared non-working special public holiday without detriment to public service, to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the lenten season.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 18, 1987, a non-working special public holiday.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
