DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR THE ILOILO STATE COLLEGE OF FISHERIES, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN COVERING 19.84 HECTARES, SITUATED IN BARANGAY OLD SAGAY, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for the additional school site and Educational Demonstration Farm purposes of the Iloilo State College of Fisheries, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay Old Sagay, Municipality of Sagay. Province of Negros Occidental, as shown and described in BFD Map C.R. 374, which is more particularly described as follows:

1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Iloilo State College of Fisheries.1aшphi1
A five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the Iloilo State College of Fisheries within one year from approval hereof, furnishing the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Bureau of Forest Development copies thereof.
2. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to forest and National Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.
3. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose so stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area shall regain its former status as part and parcel of the public domain.
