RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MARAGA-A, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBLAWAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Maraga-a Elementary School under the administration of the Minister of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Maraga-a, Municipality of Kiblawan, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 14, Pls-758, situated in Maraga-a, Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road; on the N., along line 2-3-4 by Lot 12, Pls-758; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Lot 16, Pls-758. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 14, Pls-758, being S. 37-55' W., 23597.06 m. from BLLM No. 1, thence
