RESERVING FOR HEADQUARTERS SITE PURPOSES OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES SOUTH COTABATO-GENERAL SANTOS CITY COUNCIL. A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for headquarters site purposes of the BSP South Cotabato-General Santos City Council under the administration of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in the Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, more particularly described as follows:

Lot 880-A, Csd-11-002404

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 880-A, Csd-11-002404) situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Alunan Avenue; on the SW., NW., N., and NE., along lines 2-3-4-1 by Lot 880-B, Csd-11-002404. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 880-A, Csd-11-002404, being N. 79-48' W., 2845.20 m. from Triangulation Station “Tukadillas”;

thence S. 39-44' W.,	26.60 m. to point 2;
N. 49-42' W.,	36.00 m. to point 3;
N. 39-44' E.,	26.60 m. to point 4;
S. 49-42' E.,	36.00 m. to point 1;

point of beginning. Containing an area of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (962) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated and marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bearings true. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Bernardo L. Soria, Geodetic Engineer on December 10, 1975 and was approved on January 13, 1976.

NOTE: This lot is identical to Lot 1152, a portion of Lot 880, Ts-1032, Koronadal, Townsite Subdivision.1aшphi1
