RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE LA UNION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LA UNION MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Minister of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio La Union, Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2, II-11485), situated in Barrio La Union, Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Hilario Sumulan; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Public Land; on the E., along line 3-4 by C.H. Sawyer; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by unimproved road. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2, II-11485, being N. 66-05E., 545.09 m. from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Bo. of La Union, Municipality of San Isidro.
