EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 238, SERIES OF 1964, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE OLONGAPO WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, AND DECLARING THE PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OR PORTIONS THEREOF SITUATED IN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 238, series of 1964, which established the Olongapo Watershed Forest Reserve, and declare the parcel or parcels of land embraced therein or portion thereof situated in the City of Olongapo, open to disposition under the provision of the Public Land Act, to wit:
