ESTABLISHING AS ABASIG-MATOGDON WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LABO AND SAN VICENTE, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set aside for watershed and other ecological enhancement purposes, subject to private rights, if there be any, and to the operations of the previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof for specific purposes, the parcel of public domain located in the municipalities of Labo and San Vicente, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows:

Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY ONE (1,081.00) HECTARES, more or less, this area of which shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Ministry of Natural Resources through the Bureau of Forest Development. As such, the cutting of trees therein is hereby prohibited.
The boundary of the watershed of the Abasig-Matogdon River Watershed as described above shall be determined and established on the ground by the Bureau of Forest Development.1aшphi1
