AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION INCORPORATED TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 1, 1986 TO DECEMBER 31, 1987

WHEREAS, the National Center for Mental Health Foundation Incorporated (NCMHF, Inc.) is a private, non-stock and charitable organization directly assisting the National Center for Mental Health in its rehabilitation program for the mentally ill;

WHEREAS, the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc. has imply demonstrated that its program of rehabilitation of the mentally ill has produced positive results and should merit the continued moral and financial support of the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national membership and fund campaign for the period from December 1, 1986 to December 31, 1987.1aшphi1

I call upon the public, including government officials and employees, to cooperate and lend their wholehearted support to this worthy cause being undertaken by the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
