DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1987, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CEBU.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 24, 1987, marks the Golden Charter Anniversary of the City of Cebu; and

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cebu should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 24, 1987, as a non-working special public holiday in Cebu City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
