[ Proclamation No. 203, December 28, 1987 ]

MODIFYING PROCLAMATION NO. 191 DATED NOVEMBER 27, 1987 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN PROVINCES IN THE COUNTRY WHICH WERE ALL HIT BY TYPHOON “SISANG”.

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby modify Proclamation No. 191 dated November 27, 1987 declaring the existence of a state of public calamity in certain provinces in the country which were all hit by typhoon “Sisang” by including in said proclamation provinces of Catanduanes and Camarines Norte.
